Privacy Policy

VocaBeat helps users create language-learning flashcards from songs. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the app and website.

Information We Process

Songs, lyrics, translations, flashcards, review progress, and app settings are stored locally on your device. VocaBeat does not currently operate its own user account database or cloud sync service.

If you buy Premium, payment and entitlement status are processed by Google Play and RevenueCat. We receive purchase entitlement information, not your full payment card details.

Spotify Links and External Search

You may paste or share Spotify links into VocaBeat to prefill song details. You may also open a Google lyrics search from the app. These external services are governed by their own privacy policies.

Text-to-Speech and Translations

VocaBeat uses device text-to-speech where available. If future app versions add cloud translation or lyrics services, this policy will be updated before those services are used for production users.

Analytics

The current app version is designed without an app-owned account system. If analytics are added later, we will keep them limited to product improvement and update this policy.

Children

VocaBeat is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can help.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because song lessons are stored on your device, uninstalling the app or clearing app data removes local song and flashcard data. Purchase records are handled by Google Play and RevenueCat according to their policies.
